依据工程实例,通过对林口县万寿水库除险加固工程变更设计的项目概况、工程特性和设计变更缘由及依据的论述,阐明了此次设计变更的必要性和尽量节省投资的原则措施。
According to the statement of project situation, engineering characteristics and altered design of Wanshou reservoir reinforcement engineering in Linkou county, this paper states the necessity and the principle of saving investment.
