摘要
通过分析水泥稳定碎石在大激振力下的压实机理,得到密度与水泥剂量随压实材料深度的变化为材料压实整体性的判据。通过对大激振力下试件密度和水泥的分布规律试验分析表明,密度在距试件表面约10cm处出现峰值,后随深度增加密度衰减,大激振力压实可以保证材料的压实度,水泥随深度没有明显变化,大激振力作用可保证水泥稳定碎石的压实整体性。
According to the analysis of compacting mechanism of cement stabilized crushed stone under huge exciting force, the compacting globality criterions were defined as variation of density and cement dose with the change of compacting material depth. The analysis of distribution rule test of test - piece density and cement under huge exciting force shows that the density has a peak value at the lOcm along the test - piece surface and then decease with the increasing of depth; huge exciting force can ensure the material compactedness and cement has no obvious variation with the depth change. The huge exciting force function can ensure the compacting globality of cement stabilized crushed stone.
