摘要
目的:检测皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)和基底细胞癌(BCC)组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体1(Flt-1)、受体2(KDR)的表达。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测26例皮肤SCC、18例BCC组织中VEGF、Flt-1和KDR的表达。取10例正常皮肤组织标本作对照。结果:皮肤SCC、BCC和正常皮肤组织中VEGF的表达水平分别为(129.05±9.93)、(119.40±9.37)及(85.25±12.98),Flt-1的表达水平分别为(130.48±12.02)、(116.90±13.45)及(82.19±9.15),KDR的表达水平分别为(136.60±6.67)、(120.95±6.33)和(85.43±9.33),3组间VEGF、Flt-1和KDR蛋白的表达差异均有统计学意义(F分别为83.418、78.137和169.125,P均<0.001)。皮肤SCC组织中VEGF与Flt-1(r=0.773,P<0.001)、VEGF与KDR(r=0.676,P<0.001)、Flt-1与KDR(r=0.718,P<0.001)的表达均呈正相关。结论:VEGF及其受体的过表达可能与非黑色素性皮肤癌的发生有关。
Aim:To detect the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),VEGF receptor-1(Flt-1) and receptor-2(KDR) in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)and basal cell carcinoma(BCC) tissue.Methods:The expressions of VEGF,Flt-1 and KDR in 26 cases of SCC,18 cases of BCC and 10 normal skin tissue were examined using immunohistochemical SP methods.Results:In SCC,BCC and normal skin tissue,the expression level of VEGF was(129.05±9.93),(119.40±9.37) and(85.25±12.98);the level of Flt-1 was(130.48±12.02),(116.90±13.45) and(82.19±9.15);the level of KDR was(136.60±6.67),(120.95±6.33) and(85.43±9.33).There were significant differences in the expression levels of VEGF,Flt-1 and KDR among the three groups(F=83.418,78.137,and 169.125,P0.001).In SCC group,the expression levels of VEGF was positively related to those of Flt-1(r=0.773,P0.001)and KDR(r=0.676,P0.001),and that of Flt-1 was positively related to that of KDR(r=0.718,P0.001).Conclusion:The over expressions of VEGF,Flt-1 and KDR may play key roles in the development of cutaneous SCC and BCC.
