摘要
以银莓当年生半木质化嫩枝为扦插材料,研究不同质量分数的外源激素(ABT6#、NAA、IAA、IBA)对插穗生根的影响,结果表明:大部分激素处理都可不同程度地提高银莓嫩枝扦插的生根率,尤以ABT6#处理后的生根率最高,平均生根率达到75.7%,其中ABT6 200×10-6的激素配比最为理想,生根率可达84.0%。各种激素处理生根率变化规律不尽相同,均有其最适质量分数。在生根数量和生根时间上,各激素并无明显差异,但激素处理后生根时间较对照有所提前。
The one- year- old twigs of Elaeagnus commutata were used as cuttings to detect the effect of plant growth regulators ( ABT6 ,NAA,IAAIBA) with different concentrations on rooting of cuttings. Results showed that the rooting rate was improved more or less by most of treatments. The highest rooting rate was from ABT6# treatment, with 75.7% on average and 84% with ABT6 200 × 10 -6. The specific growth regulator had its own optimal concentration for rooting. There were no significant differences of root number and rooting time among growth regulators, but all the rooting time of cuttings treated were advanced than those untreated.
