摘要
对白泥在某热电公司2×420t/h燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫系统的应用进行试验研究,结果发现,白泥脱硫能力优于石灰石,且其能够提高系统的灵活性和经济性。化学分析结果表明,白泥中CaCO3含量低于石灰石,但碱性、MgO含量、Cl-含量均和活性高于石灰石;白泥供浆石膏的含水率和Cl-含量高于石灰石供浆石膏,二者在颜色和微观结构上也有一定差异,其他化学成分相差不大,但通过优化运行条件能够实现降低石膏含水率和Cl-含量的目的。虽然选用白泥作为脱硫剂会对脱硫系统产生一定影响,但从脱硫能力和经济效益上看,其明显优于石灰石。
The white mud was applied in 2 × 420t/h coal-fired boiler flue gas desulphurization(FGD) system,the study found that desulfurization capacity of white mud was better than limestone,and it can improve the flexibility and economy.The chemical analysis showed that the content of CaCO3 in white mud was lower than in limestone,but its alkalescency,the content of MgO,the content of Cl-and the activity were higher than limestone.The contents of water and Cl-in the gypsum from white mud slurry were higher than the gypsum from limestone slurry,and there were some differences in their color and microstructure,but the other chemical ingredients were similar.However,the contents of water and Cl-in gypsum can be reduced by optimizing the operating conditions.Although some impact on desulfurization system will be brought when applying white mud as the desulfurization sorbent,it is better than limestone from view of desulfurization capacity and economy.
