2010年乌鲁木齐市医疗机构传染病报告质量调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the quality of infectious disease reports of medical institutions in Urumchi in 2010

目的通过现场督导检查,了解乌鲁木齐市医疗单位网络直报实际工作现状及存在问题,进一步明确网络直报工作重点,为预防控制传染病暴发、流行提供及时、准确的信息。方法采取查看现场、抽查资料、现场考核等方法,了解疫情管理情况并统计抽查病例数和抽查卡片数,计算传染病漏报率、报告及时率、完整率和准确率。结果共调查医疗机构57家,抽查传染病12种488例,漏报12例,总漏报率为2.46%,较2009年漏报率(5.91%)下降了58.38%。结论传染病疫情管理工作各项组织制度和管理措施的落实是提高传染病报告质量的重要保证。该市的传染病漏报率在逐渐降低,但还需加强和规范传染病疫情报告管理工作,提高疫情报告及时率,减少漏报,切实提高传染病报告质量。

[Objective]By field supervision and inspection,to understand the status and existing problems of the direct network report in medical institutions in Urumchi,further identify the working emphasis of direct network report,and provide the timely and accurate information for control and prevention of infectious disease outbreaks.[Methods]The methods of field investigation,spot check data and field examination were applied to understand the management of epidemic situation,analyze the cases and cards which were checked,calculate the missing report rate,the timeliness rate of reports,the integrity rate and the accurate rate.[Results]A total of 57 medical institutions were investigated,and 488 cases of 12 infectious diseases were checked.There were 12 cases of missing report,and the total missing report rate was 2.46%,which was decreased by 58.38% as compared with that in 2009（5.91%）.[Conclusion]It is important to implement the systems and measures for epidemic management of infectious diseases to improve the quality of infectious disease reports.The missing report rate in this city decreases gradually,but it is suggested to strengthen the management of infectious disease reports,improve the timeliness rate of reports,reduce missing reports,and practically enhance the quality of infectious disease reports.
