放松训练对320排动态容积CT冠状动脉成像的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨放松训练对320排动态容积CT冠状动脉成像的效果。方法样本为100例进行冠状动脉成像造影检查的患者,随机分为疏导组和对照组。对照组检查前给予一般性造影检查指导,疏导组在检查前给予系统的放松训练,比较在行检查时两组患者心率控制速度、呼吸配合训练时间和检查过程心率波动>10次/min的发生率、检查成功率情况。结果疏导组受检者心率控制速度及呼吸配合训练时间明显较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),在检查过程中心率波动>10次/min的发生率较对照组低,检查成功率较对照组高。结论系统的放松训练能明显降低320排动态容积CT冠状动脉检查者控制心率和呼吸配合训练所消耗时间,降低检查过程中心率波动幅度,明显改善成像效果。 [Objective]To study the influence of relaxation training on imaging quality of 320-row dynamic volume CT coronary angiography.[Methods]100 patients who received the examination of coronary angiography were randomly divided into the relaxation training group and the control group.The control group was given the routine instruction before examination,and the relaxation training group was given the systemic relaxation training.The duration of heart rates control,duration of breath cooperation training,incidence of heart rates fluctuation over 10 times/min in the process of examination and success rate of examination of two groups were compared.[Results]The duration of heart rates control and duration of breath cooperation training of patients in the relaxation training group were shorted than those in the control group significantly(P0.01).The incidence of heart rates fluctuation over 10 times/min in the process of examination of the relaxation training group was lower than that of the control group,and the success rate of examination of the relaxation training group was higher than that of the control group.[Conclusion]The comprehensive relaxation training can effectively reduce the time consumption of heart rates control and breath cooperation training in patients who received the examination of 320-row dynamic volume CT coronary angiography,decrease the range of heart rates fluctuation in the process of examination,and significantly improve the imaging quality.
