摘要
综述我国国家层面及上海、北京、南京、天津、辽宁等5个地区层面的伦理委员会调研文献,了解我国伦理委员会的现状,指出建立健全的监管及认证体系是解决当前伦理委员会发展瓶颈的重要措施。"十一五"新药研究平台推进了我国伦理委员会认证进程,发展伦理审查委员会能力行动战略(SIDCER)国际认证为建立适合我国伦理委员会的认证体系提供了良好借鉴。
Research literature of Institutional Review Board （IRB） on national level and provincial level including Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Tianjin, Liaoning were reviewed to understand current situation of IRB in China. Developing supervision and recognition system may be an important method for solve current problem of IRB. ＂Eleventh Five--Year＂ new drug research platform program promoted Chinese IRB recognition process. Strategic Initiative for Developing Capacity in Ethi- cal Review（SIDCER） can be used as a good reference to establish Chinese IRB recognition system.
