This paper probes into cultural characteristics of Israeli health,care system through presenting Israeli open immigration policy, pragmatic practice, inclusive academic culture and Israeli＇s understanding of dedication. Israeli inclusive culture and dedica tion ensure an efficient, orderly and innovative healtheare system. China should learn from time--honored and excellent cultural heritage of the Jewish nation and encourage inclusiveness and dedication in hospital cultural building.
