国内外社会惰性研究综述 被引量:1

摘要 社会惰性是团队成员在从事趋向共同目标活动中出现的努力程度和平均贡献随着群体成员增加而减少的现泉。该研究从社会情性的概念、相关理论、成因及相关影响因素等几个方面对国内外社会惰性的研究状况进行了述评,并指出存在的问题及今后研究的方向。
