摘要 试验在半静态条件下 ,研究了泥鳅鱼对铀的富集、释放和生物规律。测出泥鳅对铀的生物富集系数 (BCF) ,铀在泥鳅体内的释放过程可用双区一级动力学模型很好地描述 ,并得出表达式。 This paper studied the bioconcentration and clearance of uranium in misgurnus anguillicaudatus and determined bioconcentration factors (BCF) as well as upeake and depuration rate constants. The test was performed under semistatic conditions. The depuration of uranium was best described by a two-compartment first order kinetic model.
