中药复方益糖康对糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效观察

The Observation of the Clinical Efficacy of Compound Chinese Medicine Yi Tang Kang for Foot Ulcers with Diabetes

目的探讨中药复方益糖康对糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2009年11月至2011年6月在我院进行治疗的48例胫骨髁糖尿病足溃疡患者为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组(益糖康组)24例和对照组(康复新组)24例,后将两组患者的溃疡面愈合时间、感染率、患者满意度和治疗效果情况进行统计及比较。结果治疗组患者治疗效果、溃疡面愈合时间和患者满意度明显优于对照组,且治疗组感染率低于对照组,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论中药复方益糖康对糖尿病足溃疡患者的临床效果显著,应广泛推荐糖尿病足溃疡患者使用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Compound Chinese medicine Yi Tang Kang for foot ulcers with diabetes.Methods 48 cases of tibia with diabetic foot ulcers from November 2009 to June 2011 in our hospital were chosen as the research object.They were randomly divided into the treatment group(group health benefits of sugar)of 24 cases and the control group(rehabilitation new group)with 24 cases.The ulcer healing time,infection rates,patient satisfaction and treatment effect for the two groups of patients were taken for statistics and comparison.Results The treatment effect,ulcer healing time and patients’ satisfaction in the observation group was better than the control group.The prevalence of the treatment group was lower than the control group,P<0.05,there was significant difference.Conclusion The effect of compound Chinese medicine Yi Tang Kang for foot ulcers with diabetes is significant,should be widely recommended in patients with diabetic foot ulcers.
