妊娠期抑郁138例回顾分析

Review of 138 Cases of Pregnancy Depression

目的总结妊娠期抑郁的临床表现、治疗和妊娠结局。方法回顾我院2009年1月至2010年12月期间就诊的妊娠抑郁患者138例,分析这些患者的临床表现、治疗效果及妊娠结局。结果①妊娠期抑郁的常见症状是焦虑失眠和消化道症状。②在妊娠抑郁危险因素中,对怀孕存在矛盾心理和婚姻不和睦占有较高的比例。③138例患者中,110例妊娠至足月,25例早产,3例放弃妊娠。结论妊娠期抑郁经过治疗,绝大部分妊娠结局良好。

Objective To evaluate the clinical manifestations of depression during pregnancy,treatment and pregnancy outcome.Methods Retrospective hospital in January 2009-2010 12-month period of pregnancy depression treatment 138 patients analyzed the clinical manifestations,treatment and pregnancy outcome.Results ①Common symptoms of depression during pregnancy is the anxiety insomnia and gastrointestinal symptoms.②Risk factors of depression in pregnancy,there is ambivalence on the pregnancy and marriage do not live in a high proportion.③138 patients,110 cases of pregnancy to term,25 preterm,3 cases of pregnancy to give up.Conclusion After treatment of depression during pregnancy,most of the good outcome of pregnancy.
