30例急性有机磷中毒并发中间综合征的临床研究

Clinical Study of 30 Cases of Acute Organophosphate Poisoning with Intermediate Syndrome

目的研究探讨了对有机磷农药中毒进行急救和护理的有效措施,并研究了应用解毒剂和护理干预措施对有机磷中毒中间并发症治愈情况的影响。方法回顾分析30例本院有机磷农药中毒患者的临床资料和治疗结果。结果 30例患者的中轻、中度的有机磷农药中毒患者全部治愈,而重度有机磷农药中毒患者死亡1人,患者的抢救成功率为97.14%。结论对有机磷农药中毒患者,医护人员应该密切配合,争分夺秒,采用综合有效的措施进行治疗,以此提高有机磷农药中毒治的愈率。

Objective Observe effective measure to give first aid treatment for acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning（AOPP）,and observe effect of antidote to cure rate.Method 30 samples of organic acute phosphorus pesticide poisoning（AOPP） is reviewed.Result Light and moderate AOPP patient were cured,while 1 sample of serious AOPP patient was dead.Success rate was 97.14%.Conclusion Medical workers should coordinate well and rescue patients actively.Medical workers shoule use effective measures to cure patients,so that cure rate ofAOPP could obviously enhanced.
