摘要
目的揭示影响患者满意度的主要因素,为提高患者满意度的研究提供依据。方法对2009年8月的300名患者进行问卷调查,分别在住院期间和办理完出院手续的时间段。结果住院期间的满意度较高,均达到90%以上。但办理完出院手续,患者填写真实想法,满意度有所下降,均降至90%以下。结论通过开展住院患者对护理工作满意度调查,使护理管理者发现护理工作中的薄弱环节和存在的问题,因而能不断提高护理人员的服务意识和责任意识,才能使患者满意度提升。
Objective To reveal the influence of patient satisfaction main factors,so as to improve thepatient satisfaction research provides the basis.Method 2009 in August of 300 patients questionnaire survey,respectively in during be in hospital and deal with leave hospital formalities of the time.Results During be in hospital satisfaction is higher,were above 90%.But the deal with leave hospital formalities,fill in patients with real ideas,satisfaction fell,all down to below90%.Conclusion Through the development of hospitalized patients with nursing work satisfaction survey,make nursing managers found nursing work of the weak link and existing problems,and can therefore improve nursing service consciousness and responsibility consciousness,can make a patient satisfaction enhancement.
