护理干预对老年慢性病患者居家服药依从性的影响

Nursing Intervention Influence on Elderly Patients with Chronic Diseases Home Medication Compliance

目的探讨护理干预对老年慢性病患者居家服药依从性的影响。方法选取经门诊就诊的老年慢性病患者60例进行服药依从性问卷调查,采用自身对照法分为两组。对照组患者仅接受门诊医师提供的一般用药指导;干预组在观察组基础上,再由专科或专业护士进行有针对性的全程护理干预,一年后再进行服药依从性问卷调查。评价两组患者遵医行为,并分析服药依从性差的原因。结果两组患者遵医行为经比较,差异有统计性意义(P<0.01);两组患者服药依从性差的原因在对疾病及用药相关知识缺乏、缺乏用药监督、病情反复、对治疗信心不足、疗程长等方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论针对影响老年慢性病患者服药依从性的相关因素,采取相应的护理干预,能有效地提高服药依从性,从而提高药物治疗的效果。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention influence on elderly patients with chronic diseases home medication compliance.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with chronic diseases who came from outpatient department were investigated by adopting medication compliance questionnaires survey,the control law was divided into two groups.Patients in the control group only received general medication guidance provided by outpatient physician;in the intervention group observation group basis,by the college or professional nurses targeted the whole-process nursing intervention.Take medication compliance questionnaire after one year.Evaluate two groups of patients＇ compliance behavior,and analysis of the causes of the poor.Results Compare with the two groups of patients＇ compliance behavior,the difference is statistical significance（P0.01）.The reasons for poor medication compliance are that lack of related knowledge on diseases and medicine,lack of medication supervision,repeated illness,lack of confidence and the treatment course is long.The difference is statistically significant（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of senile patients with chronic disease medication compliance of the relevant factors,and take corresponding nursing intervention,can effectively improve the compliance,so as to improve the effect of drug treatment.
