摘要
目的探讨IPS-Empress 2铸造陶瓷、In-Ceram渗透陶瓷全瓷冠两种不同全瓷修复体的修复效果。方法随机选取80例全瓷修复患者,IPS-Empress 2铸造陶瓷和In-Ceram渗透陶瓷各40例。比较2组的修复效果和患者满意度。结果 IPS-Empress 2组显得更美观,In-Ceram更能抗折裂。结论两种方法各有优缺点,临床应根据实际情况选择何种方式。
Objective Of IPS-Empress 2 casting ceramic In-Ceram penetrate the ceramic porcelain crown restoration effect of two different all-ceramic restorations.Methods Randomly selected 80 cases of full-ceramic restorations in patients with patients,the IPS-Empress casting ceramic In-Ceram infiltrated ceramic 40 cases.Compared between two groups of repair effect and patient satisfaction.Results IPS-Empress 2 group appear to be more beautiful,InCeram more resistant to fracture.Conclusions Both methods have advantages and disadvantages,clinical select the manner in which the actual situation.
