本文通过专题调研,深入分析了当前加强农村基层党组织和农村基层政权建设面临的新形势、新挑战。在总结山东省农村基层党组织和农村基层政权建设的实践与探索经验的基础上,概括论析了当前我国农村基层党组织和农村基层政权建设存在的突出问题。最后就进一步加强农村基层党组织和农村基层政权建设提出了有针对性的重要对策建议。

Through thematic investigation and research, this paper analyzes current new situations and new challenges for strengthening the building of rural primary level Party organizations and political authorities. On the basis of focused summarization of the practice and experience of Party organization and political authority building at the primary level in rural Shandong province, the paper briefly analyzes the prominent current problems in rural Party organization and political authority building at the primary level. The paper finally proposes important perti- nent countermeasures to further strengthening the building of Party organizations and political authorities at the pri- mary level in villages.
