On the Nanliang Spirit

南梁精神是土地革命时期陕甘边以刘志丹、谢子长、习仲勋为代表的共产党人在革命实践中培育的革命精神,是中国革命精神史的重要组成部分,其丰富的内涵是陕甘边革命者历史使命、道德情操的集中反映。南梁精神就是陕甘边苏区精神,与中央苏区精神及其他苏区精神既有共性,又有其个性和特色;南梁精神与中央苏区精神、长征精神同为延安精神的先河和源头;南梁精神是老区精神的重要构成部分,对庆阳老区精神的发展具有开创之功。研究和弘扬南梁精神对于推进现代政治文明、经济建设和文化发展具有重要的意义。

The Nanliang spirit is a revolutionary spirit cultivated in the revolutionary practice by the commu- nists, such as Liu Zhidan, Xie Zichang, Xi Zhongxun, who struggled in the revolutionary base area in the Shaanxi -Gansu border region during the agrarian revolution. It is an important part of the Chinese revolutionary spirit in history. Its rich contents are a concentrated expression of the revolutionists＂ historical mission and moral sentiment in the Shaanxi-Gansu Border Revolutionary Base. From a historical point of view, Nanliang spirit is the soviet area spirit of the Shaanxi-Gansu border revolutionary base. There are similarities and differences between the Nanling spirit and the spirits of central soviet area and other soviet areas. As the native revolutionary spirit in the northwest- ern base, it forms with the spirit of the central soviet area and the Long March spirit the beginning and origin of the Yan＇ an spirit. Nanliang spirit is an important composition of the old liberated area spirit. It started the develop- ment of Qingyang old liberated area spirit. To study and carry forward the Nanliang spirit is of great significance to promote modern political civilization, economic construction and cultural development.
