Through a lot of information research,the article made the comprehensive analysis on the current operation situation and existing problems of Hangzhou Public Bicycle Trans-portation System（PBS）,proposed some optimization recommendations of Public Bicycle Transportation System development to broaden the non-motor vehicle road,the scale grad-ing of service points,the structure automation of station facilities and the integration of transfer system.
