Compared with written test, oral English test has its own features in operating method and managing mode.Scientific and standadized managing mode of examiners can improve the quality of oral test effectively.Taking Beijing oral English test as an example,the article investigates how to optimize the managing mode of oral examiners and some practical strategies and measures are put forward.
