摘要
本研究采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法进行研究,结果得出量表包括两个维度,即个人层面教学自主权和群体层面教学自主权,本研究的量表可作为测量高校体育教师教学自主权的有效工具。
This thesis employs methods of literature, interviews, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics, and obtained a scale with two dimensions, i.e. , personal teaching autonomy and group teaching autonomy. The scale obtained in the thesis can be used as an effective tool to measure teaching autonomy of PE teachers.
