摘要
采用质性研究对一位实习教师个人实践知识的构建来源进行了探究,发现其构建主要来源于过去的学习、受教育经历,和现在的实习经历,也影响了教师未来的自我规划。其实践性知识表现出不确定的特点。要促进实习教师的实践知识的发展,首先在师范教育课程中加强案例教学,其次帮助他们成为反思性实践者。
Using qualitative research discusses a teachers'personal practical knowledge construction. It is found that the construction is coming from learning, educational experienos, and the internship experience, which also affects the teachers'future self planning. The practicality of knowledge shows uncertain characteristics. In order to promote the practice of teachers'practical knowledge development, first reinforce in the teacher education courses is focusing case teaching, then helping them to become reflective practitioners.
