世界贸易组织第八届部长级会议于2011年12月16日在日内瓦正式批准俄罗斯加入世贸组织,俄罗斯18年入世历程由此画上圆满的句号。俄罗斯的入世将为其在国际市场获得更多的发展和更大的经济利益,但我们也应看到俄加入WTO所面临的风险,以及可能产生的影响。尽管如此,我们仍相信俄罗斯的政治家和经济学家有足够的智慧和能力应对入世带来的各种挑战。

The eighth Ministerial Meeting of WTO in Geneva formally approved Russia＇s accession to the WTO on December 16, 2011. The Russia＇s history of accessing to the WTO had successful ended. Russia＇s WTO accession will achieve more development and greater economic interests in the international market, and we should catch the vision of the risks to Russia＇s accessing to WTO, and potentially impact resulting as well, Nevertheless, we still believe that Russia＇s politicians and economists have enough wisdom and a- bility to respond to the challenge of Accession to WTO.
