摘要
在小麦淀粉的提取工艺中,分离筛主要用于淀粉和纤维的分离,该机由进料机构、清洗机构、筛分机构和机架等组成,其中筛分机构的运动和轴的受力状况对该机的工作性能具有较大的影响。基于Pro/E对分离筛进行了三维建模;运用Matlab/Simulink和Pro/M联合虚拟仿真的方法,对分离筛进行了运动学分析。该三维建模对其它机构的设计具有一定的参考价值,运动学仿真分析对于分离筛的实时控制具有重要的作用。
In the valley of wheat starch processing,centrifugal screen is used to handle the separation of starch and fiber,is machinery comprises feeding mechanism,water sector,screening agencies and mechanical support components.Kinematic screening and force status of the axis have a great influence to the stability of performance,Based on Pro/E,the three-dimensional modeling of the sieve separation is built.Kinematic characteristics of the sieve separation is analyzed by using of Pro/M and Matlab virtual simulation.The three-dimensional modeling have reference value for the design of other agencies,Kinematics simulation for the Sieve separation plays an important role on real-time control.
