摘要 以兆瓦级风电齿轮箱中的行星架为研究对象,利用CAE技术对大转矩单侧板分开式行星架进行有限元分析,探究行星架侧板与行星轴组装后在过盈联接处的接触情况。在考虑过盈配合的影响及行星轴受载情况下,分析行星架各部分应力与变形的变化规律及其分布情况。对行星架结构进行改进,通过有限元分析,验证了改进结构设计合理。 The research object is the planetary carrier of the gearbox which is used in megawatt-class wind turbine generator.Finite-element analysis is carried out on one-sided plate,large torque and separate type of planetary carrier by using of CAE technology.The contact situation in interference connection place is researched after assembling one-sided plate and the planetary shaft.The deformation and variation rules of stress as well as its distribution are analysed considering the interference fit and the load on planetary gear shaft.The structure of the planetary carrier is improved.The improved planetary carrier is verified the reasonable design by the finite element analysis.
