摘要
固有频率和振型是承受动态载荷结构设计中的重要参考指标,模态分析可以确定一个结构的固有频率和振型。基于Solid Works及其插件Gear Trax对齿轮装配体进行三维参数化设计,然后通过特殊接口导入ANSYS中,对其模态进行有限元求解。针对静态线性模态分析方法不能满足高速旋转和频繁变速工况的实际问题,通过求解两种临界状态的固有频率,从而确定该系统固有频率的范围,有效地解决了类似问题。
Natural frequency and vibration shape are the important reference index in structural design which bear dynamic load,modal analysis can determine the natural frequency and vibration shape.The parameterization of three-dimensional auxiliary design for gear assembly based on SolidWorks and its plug-in unit GearTrax is carried out,and the model file is exported to ANSYS through special interface,then it is solved by finite element method.It is aimed at the problem that the static linear modal analysis method can not meet the need of complex working conditions,similar problem is efficiently solved through counting the natural frequency in two critical states,and determining the scope of systemic natural frequency.
