摘要
根据高速重载机车对驱动装置的要求,分析了影响18CrNiMo7—6齿坯材料性能的各种因素,分别从齿坯材料冶炼和锻造两个过程探讨了提高其质量的途径,给出了提高18CrNiMo7—6齿坯材料性能一些建议和措施。经实践表明,改进后18CrNiMo7—6的综合性能得到了极大的提高,能够满足高速机车的使用要求。
As for the driving device requirements in the high speed and heavy duty locomotive,influence of various factors on 18CrNiMo7-6 material properties is analyzed.Some suggestions and measures for increasing the properties of casting and forging are obtained.The practice shows that the 18CrNiMo7-6comprehensive performance is greatly improved,requirements of high-speed locomotives can be satisfied.
