医学与非医学专业在校大学生对保健品认知及态度的比较

摘要 目的 了解医学与非医学专业在校大学生对保健品的认知及态度.方法 对3所大学的在校大学生随机抽样进行自填问卷调查.结果 有56%的医学生和63%的非医学生自认为了解保健品的相关知识,但保健品认证标识的知晓率很低(医学生17.7%,非医学生30.2%,P〈0.01);对保健品功效的认同率方面,除减肥功效外,医学生均高于非医学生(P〈0.05).对保健品的态度:医学生不想尝试新的保健产品的比例(60.1%)高于非医学生(43.9%,P<0.05);医学生认为保健品宣传可信的比例(6.6%)低于非医学生(26.1%,P<0.05);在选择保健品时,医学生看重安全性(28.1%),而非医学生更看重保健功能(24.6%,P〈0.05).结论 大学生对于保健品认证标识的知晓率低.医学生对保健品功效的认可率高于非医学生,对保健品的态度也比非医学生更谨慎,不愿贸然尝试新保健品,尤其注重保健品的安全性. Objective To investigate cognition and attitude to health care products among medical and non - medi- cal college students. Methods The students were sampled with random sampling method fron three colleges. The survey was conducted with a self- administered questionnaire. Results 56% of medical students and 63% of non - medi- cal students thought they had knowledge on health care products. But there was low awareness of certification logo on health care products ( 17.7% of medical students, non - medical students 30.2% , P 〈 0.01 ). The effectiveness rates of health care products of the medical students, except obesity, were higher than those of non - medical students. Attitude to health care product,medical students (60. 1% ) who did not try new health products were more than non - medical students (43.9% , P 〈0.05). The medical students were less than non- medical students in credibility of health care advocacy (6.6% vs. 26.1% , P 〈 O. 05). The medical students were different from the non -- medical students on the choice of health products, the former paid more attention to security (28.1% ) , rather than functions of health products of non - medical students ( 24.6% , P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion College students have lower awateness of certification logo on health care products. The recognition rate of effectiveness of health care products of medical students is higher than that of the non - medical students. The attitude to health products is more cautious, especially pay attention to the safety of health care products.
