WWOX基因与妇科肿瘤的研究进展

摘要 WWOX基因是一个跨越了常染色体脆性位点FRA16D的基因,近年来大量研究表明其参与信号转导、细胞周期和细胞凋亡等多个环节的调控,在乳腺癌、卵巢癌、非小细胞肺癌等多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥重要作用,被认为是一个新的抑癌基因.本文对WWOX基因与妇科肿瘤的研究进展作一综述,以期为妇科肿瘤的基因治疗提供一种新思路.
