摘要
研究了抗菌陶瓷材料的制备工艺及抗菌性能 ,将无机抗菌剂按一定比例掺入釉浆中 ,在氧化气氛和 1150~ 12 0 0℃温度下 ,经烧成可制得抗菌陶瓷 ,且抗菌效果明显 ;随着金属离子添加量的增多 ,抗菌效果增强 ;制备工艺影响抗菌效果 ;将Ag与Zn抗菌剂结合起来使用 ,可降低成本。
In this paper the preparation technology and antibacterial property of antibacterial ceramics are studied. Using inorganic antibacterial agent as a composition of the glaze, antibacterial ceramics are made by sintering at 1150-1200 ℃ in air condition. The results of antibacterial tests have showned that these materials have excellent antibacterial action. The antibacterial properties against escherichia coli is in direct proportion to the content of inorganic antibacterial agent in glaze. If the both silver-type and zinc-type of inorganic antibacterial agents are utilized at the same time, the cost of antibacterial ceramics will be reduced. The preparation technology will effect antibacterial property of antibacterial ceramics.
