摘要 介绍了一种适用于微波化学反应器辐射加热防爆喷回流冷凝管的工作原理、结构特点和使用方法。这种冷凝管能够有效地防止在化学分析、有机合成,以及金属有机、高分子、配合物和嵌入化合物的合成中,因微波加热引起的溶液爆喷现象,并能显著地减少溶剂向室内耗散,较好地体现了绿色化学理念,并在2450MHz频率525W微波功率、610~830W微波变功率供能辐射下,进行了安装防爆喷回流冷凝管前后的防溶液爆喷功能和减少有机溶剂耗散功能的对比实验,以及水射流缓冲实验。 This paper is to introduce a kind of condenser which used in microwave chemical reactor to protect explosive eruption, and its operation principle, structure characteristic and using method. This condenser can protect explosive eruption during the chemical analysis.organic synthesis, metal organic compounds,macromolecular compounds,coordinate compounds,insert compounds synthesis because of microwave heating , it also can strikingly reduce the dissipation of the solution in the room. This condenser fully reflected the theory of green chemistry. And in the condition of 2450MHz frequency. 525W microwave power.610-830W microwave transformation power, we did some contrast experiments which fixed the buffer and without the buffer to see the effects of anti-explosive eruption.the dissipation organic solution, and the cushioning of fluidic water.
