连续流动分析仪在水质分析中的应用 被引量:40

摘要 本文采用荷兰SKALAR公司San++型连续流动分析仪(Continuous Flow Analyzer,CFA)对标准样品和实际水样中总氮和氨氮指标进行测定,并与国家标准方法的测定结果进行对比分析。结果表明:连续流动分析仪测定标准样品时具有良好的准确度和精密度,且其测量范围较国家标准方法大;两种方法测定实际水样的结果无显著性差异且具有很好的一致性;加标回收实验的回收率在98.5%~101.0%之间,达到实验要求。连续流动分析仪不仅实现了全自动化分析,而且能保证数据的可靠性,尤其适用于大批量样品的分析测试。 Chemical indices in standard and realistic samples are determined by continuous flow analyzer (San++, SKALAR, Holland), then the determined values are analyzed by comparing with the measured values of the state standard method. The results show that continuous flow analyzer has a good accuracy and precision when determines the standard samples, moreover, this method's detection range is larger than the state standard method's. The values of the realistic samples measured by both these methods have no significant differences and great consistency. Recovery coefficients of recovery experiment, between 98. 5% and 101.0%, reach the demand of the experiment. Therefore, continuous flow analyzer, which is especially applied to the examination of the samples in large quantities, is able to achieve samples automated analysis, and can ensure the reliability of measured data.
