Improvement and perfection of electric control function of the tilting device of converter

武钢炼钢总厂四分厂2座200t顶底复吹转炉在倾动电控系统的组成、控制策略以及生产中的稳定性方面存在缺陷,通过现场的勘察、程序的增补、参数的修改,已达到适应生产要求的目的。

Defects exist in the two 200 t top/bottom combined blown converters of No.4（Branch） Plant of the General Steel-making Plant of WISCO in the aspects of composition of the electric control system for the tilting device of the converters,the control strategy and their stability in the production.By way of on-site survey,program addition and parameters revision the purpose of meeting the production requirements has been accomplished.
