易层贴敷疗法治疗踝关节扭伤临床研究

Research of Yiceng Paste Therapy on the Acute Ankle Sprain

目的观察评价易层贴敷疗法治疗踝关节急性扭伤的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,治疗组予易层贴敷疗法,对照组予RICE疗法,即休息、冷敷、加压包扎和抬高患肢治疗,7d后比较两组在疼痛、肿胀及关节活动障碍等方面的改善情况。结果 治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论易层贴敷疗法治疗踝关节急性扭伤有良好疗效。

Objective：To evaluate the Yiceng Paste therapy on acute ankle sprain. Methods：80 cases with acute ankle sprain were divided randomly into the treatment group with Yiceng Paste therapy and the control group with RICE therapy. After 7 days,improvements including the pain,the swollen and the joint motion were observed in 2 groups. Results：The effect of the treatment group was suPerior to that of the control group. Conclusion：The Yi- ceng Paste therapy has a good effect in the acute ankle sprain.
