摘要
论述国外汽车涂装的环保法规及达标所采取的措施。指出在全球一体化的环境下 ,我国的环保要求将越来越严格 ,国内汽车涂料实现水性化势在必行 ,涂料涂装行业从现在开始应做好准备。
This article has described the environmental legislations and measures conforming to them abroad.It is indicated that the environmental protection requirement will be more and more strict during the process of globalization.Therefore,shift to the water borne system for the coa ting materials is imperative in China.The coatings industry and coa tings users must be ready to face this new challenge.
