摘要
粉末涂料自 2 0年前开始应用于汽车工业领域以来 ,不断发展 ,目前已能满足大多数汽车在线涂装涂料 (OEM涂料 )的技术规格和要求。评述了作为一些典型应用的汽车各部件所用粉末涂料的种类、特点及施工工艺 ,介绍了为满足汽车工业应用的严格要求而开发的粉末涂料的新工艺———VAMP工艺及新型的施工设备。
Since the first application of powder coatings in automobile industry 20 years ago,it has grown rapidly.Nowadays,the powder coatings can meet most of the OEM technical requirement.This article has reviewed some typical examples of the application of powder coatings for various automobile parts,the varieties,features and application technology.A new powder coatings production technology——VAMP and application facility are described.
