摘要
制备了SO42 - /Fe2 O3 ZrO2 SiO2 、SO42 - /Fe2 O3 SiO2 、SO42 - /ZrO2 SiO2 、SO42 - /TiO2 SiO2 等固体酸 ,用于催化乙酸 丁醇液相酯化反应 ,发现SO42 - /Fe2 O3 ZrO2 SiO2 固体酸具有良好的催化性能 ,其乙酸丁酯收率和酯化选择性可分别达到 93.2 6%和 96.0 0 % ,对SO42 - /Fe2 O3 ZrO2 SiO2 进行了XRD、BET和TGA表征 ,发现该类催化剂的成分主要以无定形状态存在 ,SO42 - 可能是该类催化剂的活性组分之一 ,催化剂失活的主要原因在于反应中SO4 2 - 的流失。
WT5BZ]The following solid acids of metaloxides promoted by SO 4 2- as SO 4 2- /ZrO 2,SO 4 2- /TiO 2,SO 4 2- /Fe 2O 3,SO 4 2- /SiO 2,SO 4 2- /Fe 2O 3 SiO 2,SO 4 2- /ZrO 2 SiO 2,SO 4 2- /TiO 2 SiO 2,SO 4 2- /Fe 2O 3 ZrO 2,SO 4 2- /Fe 2O 3 TiO 2,SO 4 2- /TiO 2 ZrO 2,SO 4 2- /Fe 2O 3 ZrO 2 TiO 2,SO 4 2- /Fe 2O 3 ZrO 2 SiO 2,SO 4 2- /Fe 2O 3 TiO 2 SiO 2,were prepared and used to catalyze the esterification of aceticacid and butanol.It was found that SO 4 2- /Fe 2O 3 ZrO 2 SiO 2 was a kind of environmental friendly catalyst with good catalytic properties for the esterification of aceticacid and butanol.The yield and selectivity of butylacetate can reach 93.26% and 96.00% respectively.From the results of the XRD, BET, TGA of catalysts,it can be seen that the components of catalyst exist mainly at amorphous state and the deacitivity of catalysts may be caused by the loss of SO 4 2- which may play as one of the components in catalysts.
