摘要
在非离子表面活性剂存在下采用微压一步缩合法合成了N 叔丁基 苯并噻唑次磺酰胺 ,并讨论了反应温度、原料配比及反应时间等条件对反应的影响。在硫醇基苯并噻唑与叔丁胺的物质的量比为 1 .0∶1 2 ,反应温度为 35、55、65℃ ,反应时间为 1h的条件下 ,使胺比降为 1 2 ,NS的收率达 97 3% ,质量分数为 96 32 %。
A new low pressure one step condensation method was adopted in synthesizing N tert butylbenzothiazole 2 sulfenamide(NS) in the presence of nonionic surface active agent and the effects of reaction temperature, ratio of raw materials and reaction time were investigated.The most suitable conditions for the reaction were as follows:molar ratio of 2 mercaptobenzothiazole to tert butylamide 1.0∶1 2,reaction temperature (35 ,55 ,65 ℃),reaction time 1 h.The amount of amine per mole of 2 mercaptobenzothiazole was reduced to 1 2,the yield of NS was 97 3% with 96 32% purity.
