摘要
讨论了生物同排性在拟除虫菊酯分子设计中的应用,通过生物同排体取代可以找到生物性质大体相近的基团和分子,并有可能改变活性、选择性、活性持效性、生物利用率、减少毒性,这在拟除虫菊酯的分子改进中很有应用价值。
This paper discusses the biochemical homology in the synthesis of pyrethrin. The biochemical homology can help us to find a series of groups quickly, which have the similar character to some extent. Using these groups in the pyrethrin molecule will improve the activity, the selectivity, the staying power, the rate of used by the organism and reduce the toxicity. This will be valuable in the improvement of the sytheses pyrethrin.
