Study on the Synthesis of Isobutyl Acetate Catalyzed by Ammonium Ferric Sulfate Dodecahyrate

十二水合硫酸铁铵作为乙酸和异丁醇的酯化催化剂,性能优于硫酸。探讨并找到了其较好的反应条件,酯化率可达97.2％。

It has been found that ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahyrate was superior to H2SO4 when used as catalyst for esterification of isobutanol with acetic acid. The optimum reaction conditions in synthesis of isobutyl acetate catalyzed with ammonium ferric sulfate dodecahyrate were determined, with the yield at 97.2% .
