摘要
将任务可用度与NATO给出的舰船装备的有效可用度经验公式对比分析,显示了任务可用度的优势;在此基础上,分别解析了寿命服从指数分布的备件发生故障后,采取更换策略时,备件携行量与任务可用度、有效可用度之间的关系;最后,应用Monte-Carlo方法,验证了备件携行量与任务可用度关系式的正确性,且所得结果优于依据NATO给出的有效可用度经验公式的结果。
The superiority of mission availability was shown by compared with effective availability which was proposed by NATO.Then,two analytic spare parts calculation models based on mission availability and effective availability were proposed when the life of spares was due to exponential distribution and replacing strategy was used.The calculation results were compared with the simulation results by Monte-Carlo method in an instance,the correctness and validity of the analytic spare parts calculation based on mission availability was shown and its calculation results was better than that based on effective availability proposed by NATO.
