摘要 随着航空工业、轻工消费品及汽车工业生产的飞速发展,形状复杂的零件也越来越多,对零件精确度的要求也越来越高,而且市场竞争日益激烈,产品研制生产的周期也越来越短,传统的加工技术已难以适应产品多样化、复杂化及柔韧性的要求。通过分析我国数控技术与产业的现状,结合发达国家数控技术的发展方向,笔者认为我国数控技术应朝着可靠稳定、高速度、高精度化、智能化、网络化方面发展。 With the aviation industry,light industry production of consumer goods and the rapid development of automobile industry,the shape more and more complex parts,the parts accuracy requirements are also increasing,and increasingly competitive market,the production of the product development cycle is getting shorter,traditional processing technology of the product are difficult to adapt to the diversity and complexity of shape and flexibility requirements.Through analysis of the status of CNC technology and industry,combined with development of numerical control technology in developed countries,that China should move towards a reliable and stable CNC technology,high speed,high precision,intelligence and network aspects of development.
