摘要
随着公共部门管理理念的变化,生源竞争的加剧以及学生主动退学的增多,如何有效提升学生教学满意度已迫在眉睫。以微观经济学课程为例,课题组运用因子分析法对独立学院学生教学满意度进行调查分析。分析结果显示,课堂气氛和实用性因子、教师职业道德因子、专业理论素养因子是影响学生教学满意度的三个最主要因素。为了改善学生对微观经济学课程的教学满意度,不仅要努力改善课堂气氛和提高课程实用性,还应该大力加强教师职业道德建设和着力提高教师专业理论素养。
Nowadays, the management concept of the public sector keeps changing. The scramble to attract applicants becomes so fierce and a growing number of students drop out of school; therefore, how to effectively improve students' satisfaction with teaching and learning has never been so desperate. Taking Microeconomics Course in College of Science&Technology of Ningbo University as an example, the research group has conducted an investigation on college students' satisfaction with teaching and learning by using factor analysis. The analysis results show that students' activeness and the curriculum practicability, teachers' professiohal ethics as well as their professional theories are the top three main factors. To improve students' satisfaction with teaching and learning of microeconomics, independent colleges should not only try to improve students' activeness and the curriculum practicability, but also should vigorously promote teachers' professional ethnics and enhance their theoretical attainment.
