Interpreting the Meanings of the Words "Ren,Yi and De"

词作为语言的基本结构单位,是音义结合体。声音有义,声近义通,是古汉语词族的基本规则,也是汉语词汇系统性的基本特征。本文通过解析字形、解说语音,从"以事为名"的角度,解释了"仁、义、德"等字所表示的词的本义。

Word,the basic structural unit of language,is a combination of sound and meaning.The fact that the sound can explain the meaning of a word and the same sound can represent a similar meaning is not only the basic rule of the ancient Chinese word family,but also the basic characteristic of Chinese vocabulary system.Through parsing the glyph,and expounding the speech sounds,this paper tries to explain the original meanings of the words,such as ＂Ren（仁）,Yi（義）,De（德）＂,etc,based on the perspective that the names of the incidents and things are formed according to their attributes and properties.
