我国物联网产业的法律维度初探——基于国际视野的慎思

A Study on the Legal Dimension of the Industry of the Internet of Things in China ——Thinking from the International Perspective

继计算机、互联网后,物联网成为信息革命的第三次浪潮,被视为世界各国当作应对国际金融危机、振兴经济的重点领域。我国作为物联网时代的后发起国家,"物联网"已被正式列为国家重点发展的一项战略性新兴产业,成为我国调整产业路径,推进和谐社会建设新生动力的重要选择,需要法律来维护和应对其自身的发展和对社会的影响,以保障其对我国经济增长前景的促进实效,本文就此谈谈笔者的一些思考。

As the third wave of information revolution after the computer and the internet,the internet of things is considered as key realm of reviving the economy and dealing with the financial crisis in the world.It has been officially listed as one strategic emerging industry which will adjust the industry path and promote the construction of new power in a harmonious society.For ensuring the effectiveness of China＇s economic growth,the law is needed to maintain and deal with its own development and its impact on the society.For the above aspects,this author talks about the cautious thoughts.
