摘要
目的建立测定薇依霜中维生素E和羟苯乙酯含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),维生素E测定以甲醇为流动相,流速为2.0 mL/min,紫外检测波长为285 nm;羟苯乙酯测定以甲醇∶水(45∶55)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为258 nm。结果维生素E质量浓度在0.099 6~0.498 g/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 5(n=5),平均回收率为99.25%,RSD为1.21%(n=9);羟苯乙酯质量浓度在2.16~10.80μg/mL进样范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 7(n=5),平均回收率为100.31%,RSD为1.02%(n=9)。结论所建立的方法简便、专属性强,重现性好,可有效控制薇依霜的质量。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of vitamin E and ethylparaben in Weiyi Cream. Methods Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used. For vitamin E determination, the mobile phase was methanol with flow rate of 2.0 mL/min,the detection wave length was set at 285 nm. For ethylparaben determination the mobile phase was methanol- water(45 : 55) with flow rate of 1.0mL/min,the detection wave length was set at 258nm. Results The linear range of vitamin E was 0.0996- 0. 498 g/L(r =0. 999 5), and the average recovery was 99.25% with RSD of 1.21% (n =9). The linear range of ethylparaben was 2.16-10.80μg/mL(r=0.9997),and the average recovery was 100.31% with RSD of 1.02%(n=9).Conclusion The method is convenient,selective and reproducible for determination of vitamin E and ethylparaben in Weiyi cream.
