腘动脉瘤七例的临床分析
摘要
腘动脉瘤是指动脉永久性扩张,并且其直径超过2cm或其近侧正常动脉直径的1.5倍。国外关于该病的诊断与治疗的报道较多,占周围动脉瘤的70%[1],是外周动脉瘤中较常见的类型;而国内文献报道则相对较少,多为个案报道。为总结对动脉瘤的诊治经验,本研究对我院2006—2011年收治的7例动脉瘤进行分析,报告如下。
