摘要
研究了 Ni3Al在 80 0℃ ,PCl2 =1× 1 0 - 4 Pa,Po2 =2 .34× 1 0 - 1 5Pa氯氧混合气氛中的高温腐蚀行为。应用热重分析方法研究了 Ni3Al在该环境中的动力学行为 ,借助 SEM、金相显微镜和 X衍射分析来研究反应后样品的表面形貌和断面形貌以及分析反应生成的腐蚀产物 ,并用热力学平衡相图对 Ni3Al在该环境下的高温腐蚀机理进行了探讨。
The corrosion behaoior of Ni3Al in PCl2=1× 10- 4 Pa and Po2=2.34× 10- 15pa mixed atmosphere at 800 ℃ was studied. The keinetic behavior, surface topography and corrosion products of the sample were studied by TGA, SEM and XRD respectively The high temperature corrosion mechanison of Ni3Al under above mentioned environments was also discussed in accordance with thermodyamic Equilibrium phase diagram.
