摘要
采用 X射线衍射、扫描电镜 (SEM)和光谱分析等测试技术 ,研究了多孔氧化铝介质膜的组成、结构以及光功能特性。结果表明 :多孔氧化铝介质膜在红外波段具有良好的光透过特性 ,而沉积金属微粒的多孔介质膜在可见光波范围有特殊的光吸收特性 ,在近红外光波范围具有一定的偏光特性。
The structeere and the optical functions of porous anodic films were studied by ZRD, SEM and spectro photometrical means. if showed that the porons film had higher trans mittance in infrared wavelength region, and the film with metal micro particles had an optical adsorbing characteristics in the visible light wavelength region.
